Request for Proposals for Insurance Agent of Record
Sealed Request for Proposals for Insurance Agent of Record, for a three year period beginning July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2015, will be received at Redmond Fire & Rescue Administrative Office located at 341 NW Dogwood Avenue, Redmond, OR 97756 until 3:00 pm, Friday, February 10, 2012 at which time all Request for Proposals will be publicly opened and become public record. Two copies of the proposals shall be signed by an authorized representative of the company and submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Insurance Agent of Record".
Any proposal received after the hour and date specified will not be considered and will be returned unopened. There may be no modification or withdrawal of a proposal once it has been opened.
Redmond Fire & Rescue may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals upon a finding by Redmond Fire & Rescue that it is in the public interest to do so. Minor irregularities may be waived by Redmond Fire & Rescue.
